Henry Alonzo
Artist Development/Music Consulting

Henry has worked as a Project Coordinator and Public Relations for a diverse portfolio of companies in the Music and Entertainment Industry.  He currently works New Artist Development, A&R, Music Consulting and Marketing in a wide range of projects.

His first in-depth exposure to the Music Industry came through career training with a record label under Sony Discos. Henry has worked with various high profile clients including Latin Grammy® winning and Billboard® nominated artists in Latin, Pop, Rock, and Gospel Music. Additionally, he has been invited to speak on the subject of music business at educational institutions and music conferences.

After completing an Associate's Degree from East Los Angeles College, Henry graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a BA degree in Commercial Music, and an MBA degree from Concordia University.

Rachel Jendrzejewski
Image Consultant/Acting Instructor

Rachel is an interdisciplinary performance artist. She has collaborated on theatre, film, photography, installation, and music projects throughout the U.S., England, France, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, and Hong Kong.

She has also worked extensively as an arts administrator and producer. She is the former Communications Manager for Cornerstone Theater Company and coordinator of studio courses for Padua Playwrights. Most recently, she spent a year in Wroclaw, Poland, helping organize worldwide events for the UNESCO-declared Grotowski Year 2009.

Rachel is the recipient of a Lucille Lortel Playwriting Fellowship, Adam Mickiewicz residency, and Brown University research travel grant. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Azusa Pacific University. Currently, she is teaching and completing her MFA in Playwriting at Brown University.

Gary Lee
Producer/Arranger

Gary Lee is a multi-talented musician, producer and composer originally from Ridgecrest, CA. Gary has worked on Grammy® nominated albums alongside established artist and musicians: Lee Ritenour, Dave Grusin, BB King, James Taylor, Patrice Rushen, and Gordon Goodwin among others.

Gary has worked on various projects for labels including Concord Records, Captain Fingers Productions, Decca Records, and Universal Music Group. Additionally, he has also participated on special collaborations with in Monster Cable®, Yamaha Music Corp.®, and Berklee College of Music. He has toured the U.S., Romania, Mexico, Japan, Australia and Indonesia.

Gary holds a B.A. degree in Commercial Music from Azusa Pacific University and now resides in Los Angeles were he works on countless musical ventures as a freelance guitarist, arranger, music copyist, music editor, and tour manager.  For more info GaryLeeMusic.com

Aileen Ayala
Events Marketing

Aileen has worked in the Latin music Industry as a Concert Coordinator, Artist Representative, and a morning-show host for one of the largest Spanish speaking radio networks in the west coast.

Aileen studied Music Production at Instituto Canzion in Monterrey. Before following her passion for the art-of-music, she attended El Camino College, in Torrance, CA with hopes of becoming an architect. While in college, she was a photography journalist for the school paper. She is a published spanish music composer with ASCAP.

In her free time she takes pleasure in playing her acustic guitar. Hobbies include scoping new & local talent, writing, and black & white photography.
